DESCRIPTION:
The US military is based in more than 2/3 of the world's countries, and some of them are fed up with it. A group of terrorists calling themselves the "Engineers" is preparing an ultimatum known as the BLACK LIST - a list of attacks against US targets that will be carried out if their demands are not met. Special Agent Sam Fisher is now in charge of the newly formed Fourth Echelon, a secret unit answerable only to the President of the United States. At all costs, the "Engineers" must be hunted down before the threats from the Blacklist can be carried out.

Unlimited War on Terror: To complete the mission, Sam received the latest weapons and equipment, as well as complete freedom of action. The Strategic Operations Interface aboard the Paladin monitors events around the world in real time, so Sam and his team can learn about events as soon as they happen. This will allow access to the details of the operation while still approaching the target. Paladin is also the hub for access to all game content, including co-op and competitive modes. With ISO, players can take advantage of the game's global economic system, which allows for full customization and upgrades for Sam, his costume, goggles, weapons, Paladin, and more.
