Tom Rouxx , is the man from Berlin, one of the top secret service agents for GENSEN.This acronym stands for German Espionage Narcotics Security Enforcement Network. He intends to use the Truth Vaccine to rob all the gold of the world, by using planes to spray entire cities, and then steal it in modified Russian submarines.
